To bring about substantive structural change in the Catholic Church, ARCC seeks to institutionalize a collegial understanding of Church in which decision-making is shared and accountability is realized among Catholics of every kind and condition. It affirms that there are fundamental rights which are rooted in the humanity and baptism of all Catholics. To this end ARCC developed and works to implement a Charter of the Rights of Catholics in the Church and a Proposed Catholic Constitution.

Call To Action is a national organization of 25,000 laity, religious, priests and bishops and 40 local chapters. It advocates for reforms in the Catholic Church such as the ordination of women, optional celibacy for priests, more focus on the church's social justice teaching, and consultation with the Catholic people on church decision-making and sexuality issues.

FutureChurch is a coalition of parish based Catholics who seek the full participation of all Catholics in the life of the Church. FutureChurch strives to educate about the seriousness of the priest shortage, the centrality of the Eucharist (the Mass), and the systemic inequality of women in the Catholic Church. It has developed many user friendly resources to educate and pray about important issues in the church. FutureChurch seeks to participate in formulating and expressing the Sensus Fidelium (the Spirit inspired beliefs of the faithful) through open, prayerful and enlightened dialogue with other Catholics locally and globally.

National Federation of Priests' Councils -

The NFPC represents approximately 26,000 priests through 125 priest councils, priest associations and religious communities in the United States. The NFPC promotes priestly fraternity by facilitating communication among priests' councils; provides a forum for priests to discuss pastoral matters and enables priests councils to speak with a common voice. The NFPC collaborates with the USCCB as well as other national lay and religious groups on programs of pastoral research to further the spiritual renewal of priestly life. The NFPC encourages priests' councils to promote justice in light of the social teachings of the Church and participates in developing a national and universal perspective of church and ministry.
